We recommend to only use clean tap water to fill up your Spyra. All other liquids can have a negative impact on its durability. With inproper use the SpyraBlaster can loose its warranty.
The warranty is determined by the respective country-specific regulations for electronic devices. In US there is a one-year warranty and in EU you will have two years of warranty.
For deliveries to the European Union, UK and the USA, the Incoterm DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) applies. For deliveries to Canada, Norway and Switzerland the Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place) applies. Any costs incurred for customs, processing and taxes shall be paid by the customer upon receipt of the goods.

The SpyraTwo and SpyraThree have a target range of 10 m (33ft) with a normal blast and 15m (49ft) with the power shot. Our SpyraGOs' effective ranges are 8m (26ft), while the SpyraLX model's range is 9m (29.5ft).

We have studied all relevant regulations in detail in order to make sure that the SpyraTwo can legally be played with like any other water gun toy in all countries we are shipping to. Of course, we cannot foresee any future changes or regulations but we will do our best to stay updated on that topic.
All components of the SpyraBlasters are individually protected agains water damage. The SpyraBlasters itself is water permeable which means that it should not be fully submerged under water or it will sink after a short while. We therefore recommend

We have done some intense testing on the SpyraBlasters within relevant temperature ranges. You can safely operate your SpyraBlasters between temperatures of 0°C (32°F) and 60°C (140°F).
